An art of living
At domaine croix de saint-privat, more than a craft, the winemaker’s profession is a way of life and a state of mind. for olivier and noëlle ferrié, producing wine means being constantly in pursuit of perfection. At domaine croix de saint-privat, our obsession is to produce a wine that is the pure expression of its terroir. we work naturally, following organic farming principles for several years.
After completing our studies in viticulture and oenology, it was an obvious choice to work with the greatest respect for the environment. Above all, we are committed to loving our vines and cultivating them with great dedication and time.
Good work in the vineyard leads to good grapes, and good grapes are the foundation of good wine. The estate’s vines are harvested at full maturity during the cool morning hours. Yields are controlled through pruning, and every step is carefully managed from harvest to vatting.
