We have been working in a natural way, in Organic Agriculture for several years.

At the end of the viti-oenology studies, it was obvious to work with the greatest respect for the environment. Above all, we strive to love our vines and
to cultivate them by devoting a lot of time to them.
The upstream work makes the right grape. It is the condition of good wine. The property's vines are harvested at maturity during the cool hours of the morning. The yield is controlled at pruning and we take care of it from picking to tanking.
OUR HISTORY
Domaine Croix de Saint Privat pays particular attention to this aspect of its know-how and to the preservation of the environment by working in Organic Agriculture since 2001.
The objective is to produce wines that are faithful to their terroir, with a real ecological approach, while minimizing interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar. We are adamant about our primary objective: the sustainability and longevity of our Terroir for future generations.
Purity and excellence are the key words of the estate where the team strives every day to raise the quality of all the wines. This work begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar through the accomplishment of thoughtful practices, in order to give birth to authentic and lively wines.
