On the palate, the attack is full and generous, offering excellent depth and texture.
The wine is both balanced and refined, supported by silky, well-integrated tannins. The long and elegant finish unfolds with notes of bay leaf, spices, and blackcurrant, underpinned by a beautiful minerality that brings freshness and persistence.
Food and wine pairings
This wine pairs perfectly with characterful dishes such as wild boar sausage, grilled red meats, or a rack of lamb with honey and rosemary. These pairings enhance its structure, black fruit aromas, and notes of garrigue, creating a generous and harmonious tasting experience.
