Domaine Croix de Saint-Privat is a wine estate located in Aniane, in the heart of the Languedoc region, on the prestigious Terrasses du Larzac terroir. Spanning 25 hectares of clay-limestone soils, the estate benefits from a preserved natural environment ideally suited to the production of elegant, authentic, and expressive Terrasses du Larzac wines. Committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible viticulture, the estate minimizes interventions both in the vineyard and in the cellar to preserve the natural balance of the soils. This approach allows the full richness, finesse, and distinctive character of this exceptional terroir to shine through, in the heart of the Languedoc garrigue.
